Arrival and Departure
There will be a shuttle service from Bucharest (airport, railway) to the conference hotel.

Accomodation
All conference members will stay at HOTEL SPORT from ANA hotels, where the conference will be hosted.
For accomodation, we have pre-reserved 55 rooms in Hotel Poiana, wich will be occupied according with the order of registration. The organizing committee succeeded in arranging a special price for the participants:

32 EUR/single room

Arrival
The conference will be held in Poiana Brasov, 170 km north of Bucharest, in the southern part of Eastern Carpathians. The symposium will be held in the conference hall of the ANA hotels.
